Monthly Retainers

You may decide you will need us on a regular basis, say to do your books every week, or to attend your board meetings to take minutes. We have come up with three monthly retainer packages that might fit your needs.

Your retainer represents our minimum charge per month, with a less expensive fee should you go over the allotted time.  

We get a valued customer and you receive a better fee for our service.

 Additional hours are billed at your retainer rate; however, unused time does not roll over to the next month.

Other Costs

• If you need us to visit a venue or your office, we charge a rate of $50.00 an hour, plus mileage at .35 a kilometer.

• For Events, clients will need to pay any costs associated with booking the venue and other suppliers.

• If we maintain your email and filing system you will need to subscribe to a Drop Box Account or similar Cloud Filing service and provide us access.

• If we maintain your website for you, you will need to have it constructed and provide us access.

• Any expenses acquired specific to the client are billed to the client. Normal daily office supplies and equipment are my responsibility and expense.
